To update your contact details

Update it online with e-Insurance account

1. Log-in to your e-Insurance account or create a new e-insurance account if you do not have an e-Insurance account
2. Add your policies to the e-Insurance account. You can add Life, health, motor (Car or motorcycle policies) to your e-Insurance account
3. Under profile>Click edit>Mobile/Address/Bank Details/e-mail address to change update the corresponding details.
4. Once updated the updated contact will reflect across all your insurance policies.

Update details at  branch

Write a Request letter to update Mobile Number/ Email ID / Address of Policy holder.

Attach the self-attested Address proof and ID proof of policy holder.

Submit the form at nearest PNB Metlife branch.

Update details through courier

Write a Request letter to update Mobile Number/ Email ID / Address of Policy holder.

Attach the self-attested Address proof and ID proof of policy holder.
